Holds information from a PSI-BLAST round.

Members:
number       Round number.  (int)
reused_seqs  Sequences in model, found again.  List of Description objects.
new_seqs     Sequences not found, or below threshold.  List of Description.
alignments          A list of Alignment objects.
multiple_alignment  A MultipleAlignment object.
